A timeline for award has not yet been established.** The Work consists of furnishing all Labor, materials, and equipment necessary to construct one (1) new Granular-Activated Carbon treatment facility in Mettler, California, including demolition and clearing, site grading, fencing, surfacing, yard piping, interconnecting piping to Well 4, GAC system, concrete foundations, backwash supply pumps, chlorinator system, backwash pond, and replace electrical and control systems. This project is subject to compliance monitoring and enforcement by the Department of Industrial Relations. No contractor or subcontractor may be awarded a contract for public work on a public works project (awarded on or after April 1, 2015) unless registered with the Department of Industrial Relations pursuant to Labor Code section 1725.5.
