Site work for a civil project in Coral Gables, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and water / sewer project.
The City of Coral Gables is seeking bids for Stormwater System Cleaning - IFB 2025-020. This solicitation consists of cleaning drainage pipes, catch basins, manholes, outfall (culvert) pipes, and slab covered trenches, as well as closed circuit television (CCTV) inspections. Question Deadline 07/21/2025 at 4:00 PM ET Any request for additional information or clarification must be received in writing through online. Bid Bond RequiredYes Bid Bond Percent : 5 Award of bid will be made to the lowest responsive responsible bidder, within a reasonable time after opening. However, the City reserves the right to consider other conditions, which may be in the best interest of the City. Bid must be firm for ninety (90) calendar days. The City reserves the right to cancel this solicitation at any time, reject any and/or all submittals, and waive any technicalities, irregularities or any other minor variations. Pre bid meeting notes : A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on Monday, July 14, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. Attendance shall be via Zoom video conference: Meeting ID: 825 9373 9287.
