This project supports the City of Eugene NPDES Municipal Stormwater Permit and Comprehensive Stormwater Management Plan by rehabilitating a portion of the municipal separate storm sewer system (MS4). This project supports the Climate Recovery Ordinance by implementing Action R28 of the Climate Action Plan 2.0.
