Questions Due Date: Jul 16th 2025, 12:00 PM EDT All questions must be sent through online GLWA is seeking a consultant to provide comprehensive project management, project coordination, engineering, design, construction bid assistance, construction administration, resident project representation (RPR), training, and record document services related to the replacement of the existing walking beam flocculators with vertical flocculators GLWA is seeking a consultant to provide comprehensive project management, project coordination, engineering, design, construction bid assistance, construction administration, resident project representation (RPR), training, and record document services related to the replacement of the existing walking beam flocculators with vertical flocculators. The overall Project goal is to have construction complete by July 31, 2031, with a total engineering and construction cost of approximately $22M. Prospective consultants are advised to ensure to the maximum extent possible, barring unforeseen circumstances which should be promptly reported to GLWA, that the design include all necessary improvements to obtain a fully functional and maintainable flocculator system for an estimated construction cost of approximately $17M (escalated for the construction phase occurring 2028 through 2031). The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
