Building Envelope Replacement of main low-sloped roof assemblies and sloped roof assemblies above the amenity room, including replacement of shingles, SBS membrane, sheathing, insulation, flashings, vents, drains and overflow suppers Interior Upgrades Replace tub surrounds including new drywall and grab bars Replace kitchen counters, cabinets, and sinks Replace all flooring in common areas and suites Re-paint common areas and suites Mechanical Supply and install new bathroom and kitchen hood exhaust fans Complete replacement of existing domestic water piping for the entire building with new Supply and install new split heat pump for the Amenity Room Supply new make-up air unit Electrical Replacement of bathroom and kitchen hood exhaust fans Installation of new heat split heat pump for the Amenity Room Installation of new make-up air unit Elevator Modernization (Separate Price) Modernize the hydraulic elevator that is original to construction and well past its service life
