The Project consists of the construction of a new single story addition and renovation of the interior areas of the existing building at Frio County Williams unit, as described in the Specifications and shown on the Drawings accompanying this Request for Proposals. The budget for this Project is $4,000,000.00. B. The Work consists of, but is not limited to: erosion control, site demolition and clearing, excavation, fill, select fill and backfill; selective interior demolition; concrete slab-on-grade, concrete sidewalks, ramps, asphalt paving; masonry brick veneer and CMU; structural steel, steel roof joists, miscellaneous metals; rough and finish carpentry, millwork and casework; metal roof patching, standing seam metal roof, flashing and sheet metal, wall and roof insulation, caulking and sealants; plastic laminate and hollow metal door and frames, finish hardware; gypsum drywall, acoustical ceilings, painting and finishing, floor coatings, LVT ,carpet; toilet partitions and accessories; interior and exterior signage; and mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems. Construction of the Frio County Justice Annex. Award of proposal will be based on best value evaluation criteria stated in the proposal documents in accordance with Texas Government Code, Section 2269.154. Owner may hold proposals for 60 days.
