Renovation of an educational facility in Riverside, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Scope of work to include: Modernization and expansion of Building A, Modernization of Building C, Related site improvements, expansion of East parking lot, new student drop off zone, replacement of existing boiler/chiller equipment, replacement of air handling units in Building A through F and paint upgrades throughout campus. This project requires Prequalification, due by 11/04/2025 EOD, for HOLDING C-4, C-7, C-10, C-16, C-20, C-34, C-36, C-38, C-42, C-43, or C-46 license must be prequalified on projects requiring prequalification pursuant to Public Contract Code section 20111.6. Lease-leaseback Preconstruction and Construction Services for the Loma Vista Middle School Improvement Project Question Deadline 07/18/2025 at 12:00 PM PT Questions regarding this RFQ/RFP should be set forth in writing and sent to Elsa Castillo, the Districts Facilities Project Manager, via email to elsa.castillo@alvordschools.org The District intends that the Project Contractor shall perform any and all preconstruction, construction, and related services as may be necessary and convenient for the Project, including, among other things, assisting with DSA close-out of the Project. The Project Contractor SHALL NOT commence or be required to commence construction of any portion of the work that is subject to approval by the DSA prior to the District obtaining DSA approval for that portion of the work. Interested contractors may obtain a more specific understanding of the scope of the work required for the Project by thoroughly reviewing the Conceptual Drawings and the forms of the LLB Agreements, which the District will make available to each contractor that registers with the District as provided herein. Note that the Conceptual Drawings and LLB Agreements are incorporated as integral components of this RFQ/RFP, and the District shall reject the Proposal of any contractor that has not registered with the District and obtained copies of the Conceptual Drawings and LLB Agreements. The Project generally consists of demolition of the existing workout room and conversion to administrative offices housing principal, assistant principal, front desk, nurse office, and restrooms, along with conversion of the existing administrative area to meeting space and breakroom, including all necessary framing, MEP, and exterior improvements. Site work involves demolition of existing grass area and conversion to parking lot, plus removal and replacement of all existing blacktop surfaces throughout campus. The contractor will provide exterior painting and improvements to all campus buildings. Campus-wide HVAC improvements include replacement of 4 boilers, 2 chillers, 4 chilled water pumps, 2 heating hot water pumps, 2 VFDs, complete EMS controls system, and 13 air handling units. All work includes miscellaneous piping revisions and installation of 2-way and 3-way control valves with complete system commissioning. Project no - 25-051
