Renovation of a municipal facility in Riverside, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

**As of August 15th, 2025, the project was awarded to CCF Flooring Contractors, with an awarded amount of $43,926.62.** Scope of Work: This project involves the removal and replacement of the existing interior flooring throughout the Jurupa Valley Operations Center (JVOC). The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision necessary to complete the following tasks: o Remove and properly dispose of existing flooring and associated materials. o Prepare the subfloor surface to manufacturer specifications for new flooring installation. o Install new commercial-grade Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVT) flooring in high-traffic and utility areas. o Install new commercial-grade carpet tiles in offices and conference rooms. o Install new baseboards and transition strips where applicable. o Perform cleanup and ensure site is returned to original condition post-installation. General Requirements: o Contractor must hold a valid California C-15 Flooring and Floor Covering Contractor license. o All work must be done in accordance with OSHA standards and applicable building codes. o Coordinate work schedule with City staff to minimize disruption to operations. o All demolition and installation debris must be removed and disposed of in accordance with local regulations. o Daily cleanup of work areas is required. Work must be completed Mon-Sun from 7a-5p unless otherwise approved. Flooring Specifications: o LVT Flooring: 20 mil wear layer minimum, glued down, used in entry lobby, hallways, breakrooms, and other utility/high-traffic areas. o Carpet Tile Flooring: Commercial-grade carpet tiles with moisture barrier backing, installed in offices, training room and conference room. o Color/Style: To be selected by the City from available standard commercial options. o Include 4-inch cove rubber baseboards throughout. o Use of low-VOC adhesives and materials required. o Manufacturer warranty must be a minimum of 10 years. Areas to Receive New Flooring: o Offices and Administrative Rooms - Carpet Tile o Conference Room - Carpet Tile o Training Room - Carpet Tile o Hallways - LVT o Breakroom - LVT o Entry Lobby - LVT Total Area: 7,121 sq. ft. It is anticipated that the project will be completed by September 1, 2025.
