Riverside Transit Agency seeks a qualified lighting/electrical contractor for the replacement of fluorescent and HPS fixtures with new LED lighting fixtures (with up to date technology) in the interior and exterior of various buildings and the exterior employee parking areas. This LED project will encompass all interior and exterior lighting fixtures for six buildings, two parking lots, miscellaneous exterior walkways, and a 15-lane bus storage barn. The Agency's goal is to improve the energy efficiency performance of the interior and exterior lighting systems in order to decrease overall maintenance and utilities costs. Type of Award Lump Sum.
