Riverside Transit Agency (RTA) invites proposals from experienced and highly qualified contractors to provide janitorial services for its various transit locations. To be considered for award contractors shall have at least five (5) years of experience in commercial cleaning and be registered as a janitorial service provider or contractor with the Labor Commissioner's Office. RTA's election to extend beyond the "Initial Term" shall not diminish its right to terminate for convenience or default. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and RTA's safety precautionary measures, only one authorized representative from each vendor can participate in the site visit. Only those individuals on the list shall be allowed to participate in the site visit. Accept/Reject - RTA reserves the right to accept or reject any and all responses, or any item or part thereof; or to waive any informalities or irregularities in responses. RTA shall have the sole discretion to determine the most responsive and responsible offeror/bidder.
