Site work and paving for a road / highway in Maple Grove, Minnesota. Design plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The proposed interchange improvements include the reconstruction and widening of the bridge over TH 169 to provide a diverging diamond interchange (DDI) with geometrically realigned ramps. There will be four westbound lanes and three eastbound lanes with the multi-use trail on the C5AH 130 bridge. Existing traffic signals will also be replaced at the TH 169 east and west ramp intersections. The DDI will improve the overall capacity and safety of the interchange. The project is included in the City's 2025-2029 Capital Improvement Program (CIP). As of July 18, 2025, preliminary design and environmental documentation are currently underway. Final design completion is expected in early 2026 with construction start anticipated in late 2026/early 2027. Design team identified. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
