Demolition, site work and asbestos abatement for a residential development in Okmulgee, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the demolition of a residential development; for site work for a residential development; and for asbestos abatement for a residential development.
Demolition and Clearance of Privately Owned Structures. All bidders will be required to submit a Bidder's Qualifications form and Equipment List conforming to those included in the Contract Documents. All bids shall be accompanied with a certified check or bank draft payable to the order of the City of Okmulgee, or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder, or an acceptable surety, in an amount equal to five percent (5) of the amount bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish and pay for statutory bonds as required. The Contractor must insure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of their race, religion, color, sex, national origin, age, or handicapped status. The City of Okmulgee reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding.
