Reference Number 0000297596 Question Acceptance Deadline 2025/07/21 04:00:00 PM CDT Red River College Polytechnic is soliciting Proposals from qualified Vendors to provide snow clearing and removal services for the following Campus: 1. Exchange District Campus, including: a. Paterson GlobalFoods Institute at 504 Main St. b. The Roblin Centre at 160 Princess St. c. Manitou a bi Bii daziigae at 319 Elgin Ave. Successful Vendor(s) to provide all necessary Materials, Labor, Tools, Equipment and Permits related to the services. This may result in an exclusive award for all Snow Clearing Services at these RRC Polytech campuses or multiple awards to vendors. Through this RFP, RRC Polytech seeks to: - Obtain information from Vendors about snow clearing and removal options, potential products, equipment, and services. • Identify qualified Vendors wishing to enter into contractual arrangement with RRC Polytech. - Select the successful Vendor(s). - Specify the conditions that would govern any resulting Contract(s). The term of the agreement is to be for a period of three (3) years, with an option, at the discretion of RRC Polytech, to extend the agreement on the same terms and conditions for two (2) additional one (1) year option terms. Information on the complete expected scope of services is included in Schedule E of the RFP document.
