Reference Number 0000299825 Question Acceptance Deadline 2025/08/20 04:00:00 PM CDT Seeking the submission of competitive Proposals for supply and delivery of concrete, stabilized fill and sand within the City of Winnipeg and surrounding areas. The Work includes all that is required for the supply and delivery of concrete, stabilized fill and sand, as required, within the City of Winnipeg and surrounding areas. For the purposes of this procurement, "surrounding areas" shall be defined as locations accessible by road within a 100 km driving distance beyond the Perimeter Highway (Provincial Trunk Highways 100 and 101) surrounding the City of Winnipeg. 56 Any stated quantities are estimates and for evaluation purpose only. The Purchaser shall not be obligated to purchase any items or any stated amounts. 1.2 Non-Exclusivity The Purchaser will endeavour to procure needed Services for Manitoba Hydro from the Contractor(s), as described above. However, nothing in the Contract prevents the Purchaser, including, without limitation, circumstances from contracting with any other person or entity for the purchase of the Services.
