Reference Number 0000299892 Question Acceptance Deadline 2025/08/26 11:59:00 PM CDT The services must include regularly scheduled daily and weekly janitorial services with quarterly and semi-annual requirements. Any facility damage, equipment broken or damaged by the proponent during the contract must be replaced by the proponent with an identical item in the same or better condition at no cost to MBLL. The list of duties is subject to change at any time during the term of the contract, and is currently as follows: Annex A - Service Standards - Liquor Marts Annex B - Service Standards - Office locations, Central Services Warehouse and Distribution Center Warehouse The full MBLL location listing and their square footages are found in item 2.18 below. MBLL may, at any time, add or delete sites, tasks or the frequency of service, as required. In the event of an addition, the scope, terms, conditions and fees are to be negotiated with the Corporate Procurement Department. In the event of a deletion, the associated fee or cost shall be deleted or deducted from the contract accordingly. MBLL requires a Bidder to supply Janitorial services as described in the RFP, in a timely, cost effective and sustainable manner.
