BIDDERS MUST SUBMIT A STATEMENT AT TIME OF BID INDICATING THAT THE BIDDER WILL WORK TOWARD A BUSINESS UTILIZATION GOAL FOR MINORITY BUSINESS ENTERPRISE OF 25% AND WOMEN BUSINESS ENTERPRISE OF 5%. IN ADDITION, BIDDERS MUST SUBMIT A STATEMENT AT TIME OF BID INDICATING THAT THEY WILL WORK TOWARD A MINORITY WORKFORCE GOAL OF 25% AND A WOMEN WORKFORCE GOAL OF 5% AND A CITY OF BUFFALO RESIDENT GOAL. The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and includes, but is not limited to, the following: 1. Cleaning, repair, and restoring indicated areas of the historic McKinley Monument and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents. The monument is comprised of a +/- 95' tall marble obelisk set upon a marble plinth and pedestal of upper and lower fountain basins. The monument sits on a raised circular plaza of marble paving bands with marble bollards linked together with heavy brass chains. Recreation of missing brass chains and brass collars at two of the existing bollards is part of the scope
