The City of Douglas is soliciting qualifications from qualified, experienced, and GDOT pre-qualified firms (Area Class 2.09a) to provide Airport Design, Construction Administration, and Inspection Services for projects funded by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT), and/or the City of Douglas at the Douglas Municipal Airport. The City intends to establish a multi-year, on-call agreement with the selected consultant(s) for a five-year period, with services to be assigned on an as-needed basis in accordance with FAA AC 150/5100-14E, GDOT requirements, and applicable federal and state laws. ll RFQ envelopes should be plainly marked: RFQ #66812-26-0002 - AIRPORT DESIGN CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION AND INSPECTION SERVICES (AREA CLASS 2.09a) The City of Douglas reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids. No late bids, proposals, or emailed submissions will be accepted or opened. The City of Douglas further reserves the right to waive any technicalities or irregularities so that an award can be made in the best interest of the City.
