Removal, collection and disposal of fallen vegetative debris from the Douglas Campus, per the attached Bid Specifications. Pricing must include all applicable costs for products or services, including any applicable shipping charges FOB Destination to Douglas, GA, and all other requirements as outlined in the Specifications. All questions must be submitted to the Procurement Office via the Questions function on this solicitation. Debris Posting o 12.40 acres of land o All debris on the ground needs to be removed off the property. o All stumps need to be ground 6" below grade. o All root balls need to be removed. o Area needs to be graded for drainage, which requires bringing fill in. o All debris removed will need to be documented for the owners' records. Parking is available in front of the building. Plan to meet inside the building in the conference room. Single Award: Any contract award resulting from the RFQ will be made to the lowest, responsive and responsible supplier meeting all specifications and with whom South Georgia State College has reached agreement on all contract terms and conditions.
