Separate, sealed Bids will be received for furnishing all materials, labor, tools, equipment, and incidentals necessary for the installation of sidewalk and drainage improvements along West Walker Street located in the City of Douglas, Georgia, Coffee County, Georgia This project shall be financed by the Transportation Investment Act (TIA). The Scope of Work Includes: Sidewalk and Drainage Improvements along West Walker Street All proposals shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond in favor of the City of Douglas in the amount of at )least five percent (5%) of the lump sum bid for the complete work: such Bid Bond representing that the Bidder, if awarded a Contract, will promptly enter into a Contract and furnish Performance Bond and Payment Bonds as provided by the law and approved by the Attorney for the City of Douglas. Performance Bond shall be equal to 100 Percent (100%) of the contract amount and Payment Bond shall be equal to 100 percent (100%) of the Contract amount.
