A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** The Development Authority of the North Country (Authority) is issuing this Invitation For Bids (IFB) for the furnishing of all construction, products, commodities, labor, equipment and material necessary for the repairs to the Warneck Pump Station related to damages sustained from flooding activities. All work under this contract will be located within the Warneck Pump Station screening room, wet well, by-pass pump bay, pump gallery, and electrical/HVAC access runs. Alternate A consists of work on the chemical storage tanks in the chlorine room of Warneck Pump Station. Alternate B includes the installation of bar screen controls in the screening room.
