Site work and renovation of a civil project in Watertown, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

**As of August 5th, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** The Development Authority of the North Country (Authority) is issuing this Invitation For Bids (IFB) for the furnishing of all construction, products, commodities, labor, equipment and material necessary for the repairs to the Warneck Pump Station related to damages sustained from flooding activities. Primary Point of Contact: Pursuant to the Procurement Lobbying Law, the Authority has designated one person who may be contacted by Bidders regarding this procurement and shall require disclosure from Bidders of persons or organizations designated, retained or employed to attempt to influence the procurement process using the “Certification Pursuant Procurement Lobbying Law” form (See Appendix B). Answers to questions will be provided as soon as possible, but no later than 3 days prior to the bid due date... Answers will be provided to all prospective bidders who have downloaded the bid package for this project from the Authority’s website. An email notification will be sent that informs bidders that new information has been posted to the Authority’s website and is available for review and download. The attention of the Bidders is particularly called to the requirements as to the conditions of employment applicable to Bidder to be observed and minimum wage rates to be paid its employees under the Contract. The Development Authority reserves the right to reject any or all Bids received or to award partial Bids to more than one Bidder. The Work under Contract No. 1 shall be performed at the Warneck Pump Station, located at 23557 NYS Route 37, Watertown, NY 13601. All work under this contract will be located within the Warneck Pump Station screening room, wet well, by-pass pump bay, pump gallery, and electrical/HVAC access runs. Alternate A consists of work on the chemical storage tanks in the chlorine room of Warneck Pump Station. Alternate B includes the installation of bar screen controls in the screening room.
