Renovation of a museum in Watertown, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a museum.

Funding for this project comes in part through an Environmental Protection Fund grant administered by the New York State Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation (OPRHP). Under Article 15A, Executive Law, the State of New York is committed to providing Minority and Women Owned Business (MWBE) equal opportunity to participate in government contracts. The following goals have been set for this project: 5% percent WBE. The successful bidder may be required to furnish reports showing the participation of various business enterprises of subcontractors and suppliers on the contract. This property has been determined by the National Park Service to possess a high level of historic significance, is listed in the National Register of Historic Places, and has been designated a National Historic Landmark. The Contractor shall recognize that all aspects and elements of the property may potentially contribute to this significance and shall not judge the relative importance of any features nor of the impact of any or all proposed work. No deviations from the contract documents shall be permitted and no features or materials shall be altered, removed, reused, or taken from the premises without the written approval of the Owner as being consistent with The Secretary of the Interior' Standards for the Treatment of Historic Properties" as determined by the NY State Historic Preservation Office. Any bid may be withdrawn without prejudice prior to the official bid submission time or any publicized postponement thereof. Bids shall be prepared as set forth in the Information to Bidders, enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing on its face the name, address and phone number of the bidder and the title of the project. Each bidder agrees to waive any claim it has or may have against the Owner, the Architect/Engineer, and the respective employees, arising out of or in connection with the administration, evaluation or recommendation of any bid. The Owner further reserves its right to disqualify bidders for any material failure to comply with the Information for Bidders and General, Supplementary, and Special Conditions. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or defects in such bid either before or after opening.
