A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** The Development Authority of the North Country (Authority) is Issuing This Invitation for Bids (Ifb) for the Furnishing of All Construction, Products, Commodities, Labor, Equipment and Material Necessary for the Repairs to the Warneck Pump Station Related to Damages Sustained From Flooding Activities. Contract No. 2 - Electrical Construction - Base Bid The work under Contract No. 2 includes work at the Warneck Pump Station to repair and replace damaged electrical components located in the wet well or screening room of the sewer pump station. The following are the tasks under this contract: 1. Replacement of lighting and electrical components in the wet well and screening room. 2. Replacement of electrical components associated with HVAC controls in the screen room/bar screen area. 3. Installation of bar screen control sensors and connection to electrical panel (Alt 2A). 4. All other electrical work as shown in Technical Exhibits 2 and 3 of the IFB.
