Demolition, site work and paving for a mixed-use development in La Valle, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; for site work for a municipal facility; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The Project includes the following Work: Option 1: Demolition of (2) buildings, metal siding removal and salvage on (1) building, removal of sidewalk, abandonment of onsite public utilities, and restoration. All work is the same parcel of land. Option 2: Demolition of (3) buildings, removal of sidewalk, removal of asphalt parking lot, abandonment of onsite public and private utilities, and restoration. All work is the same parcel of land. Work is funded by the Hazard Mitigation Grant Program through Wisconsin Emergency Management, FEMA, and the Municipal Flood Control Grant through the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources. We encourage Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBEs), including Minority-owned Business Enterprises (MBEs), and Women's Business Enterprises (WBEs) to submit bid proposals. The anticipated substantial completion date is 09/22/2025 and final completion date is 09/26/2025. No proposal will be accepted unless accompanied by a certified check or bid bond equal to at least 5% of the amount bid, payable to the Owner as a guarantee that, if the bid is accepted, the bidder will execute and file the proper contract and bond within 15 days after the award of the contract. The certified check or bid bond will be returned to the bidder as soon as the contract is signed, and if after 15 days the bidder shall fail to do so, the certified check or bid bond shall be forfeited to the Owner as liquidated damages.
