Section 2687 note) and its amendments. purpose of this RFQ is to establish a pool of pre-qualified firms capable of delivering high-quality professional services in compliance with Texas state law, including Texas Government Code Chapter 2254 (Professional Services Procurement Act), to meet BDA's diverse project needs.
