The West Virginia Purchasing Division is soliciting bids on behalf of the General Services Division to establish a contract for Sidewalk and curb demolition, new sidewalk and curb installation, parking lot repairs, asphalt repaving, pavement and curb marking and concrete crossovers at parking Lot 8, Charleston, WV 25305, per the attached documentation. The Vendor shall furnish all materials (including delivery), labor, and equipment necessary to complete all Construction Services. The Vendor shall furnish any incidental work, materials, labor, and equipment that are necessary to complete the Construction Services, even if such incidental work is not explicitly included in the Project Plans. Fixed Contract Period. Effective upon Notice to Proceed and must be completed within 60 days.
