Site work for a water / sewer project in East Point, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
This project is an upgrade and improvement to East Point's Water Infrastructure with the installation of a water main along Winburn Dr. The project will provide quality drinking water to residents, increase capacity and water pressure to aid in firefighting activities, and provide continual clean drinking water with less water service disruptions. Question Deadline 07/31/2025 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing via Email Communication to Kris Raybon and Davis Ozier. The estimated project cost is $N/A. This contract is EPA funded. Each Bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount of 5%, and shall be subject to the conditions provided in Section 00 21 13 "Instruction to Bidders." The contract will be awarded to the low, responsive, and responsible bidder with reservation of right to reject all bids. The project shall be Substantially Complete within 90 calendar days from the date of Notice to Proceed of the contract. Liquidated Damages shall be assessed in the amount of $450 per day for each calendar day required to achieve Substantial Completion. The project shall be Final Complete within 30 calendar days beyond Substantial Completion. Liquidated Damages shall be assessed in the amount of $450 per day for each calendar day required to achieve Final Completion.
