Reference Number 0000391861 The Facilities Department of Mesa County, Colorado is requesting competitive proposals from qualified and interested companies for the remodel of existing restrooms located in the Mesa County Sheriff's Clifton Substation located at 126 2nd Street, Clifton, CO. The selected contractor will be responsible for the demolition of current restroom facilities and the build-out of new restrooms, including tile finishes, plumbing fixtures, stall partitions, and related improvements. Carefully remove all existing tile, plumbing fixtures, stall partitions, accessories and other related components. Cap and secure all plumbing and electrical connections prior to construction. Furnish and install new ADA-compliant plumbing fixtures, including but not limited to toilets, urinals, sinks and faucets. Install new toilet stall partitions in compliance with ADA and building code requirements. Install all restroom accessories (mirrors, grab bars, dispensers, etc.) as specified in the attached drawings. Perform final system connections, testing, and commissioning of all plumbing and fixtures. Restore all impacted areas to original or better condition at the conclusion of the work. Provide submittals for all materials, fixtures, and finishes. Provide weekly project updates to the County's designated representative. Conduct final walkthrough with Mesa County and punch list resolution.
