Site work for a water / sewer project in Clifton, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.
This project includes supplying all labor, material, and equipment to install approximately 400 feet of 16-inch Class 52 ductile iron pipe over the Colorado River by suspending from an existing pedestrian bridge and installation of approximately 875 feet of 12-inch DR-14 C900 PVC pipe via conventional trenching, and other miscellaneous work as described in the contract documents. All bids must be accompanied by a bid bond in the amount of five percent of the total bid. The successful bidder must also provide a one hundred percent payment bond and a one hundred percent performance bond. All bids must be submitted in writing on the forms provided and signed by the bidder or a duly authorized agent. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities in bidding and to make the award as they deem right and proper for the best interests of the public. Should prospective BIDDERS have any concerns, the Manager, or his designee, will be available at the DISTRICT Office at 510 34 Road, Clifton, Colorado [970) 434-7328] to answer any questions. All Bid Package Clarification Questions must be received at the DISTRICT office by Close of Business (5:00 pm), Thursday, December 11, 2025, to be considered for formal response to all plan holders. The DISTRICT REPRESENTATIVE is Jacob Lenihan, Assistant Manager of the DISTRICT.
