Site work for a water / sewer project in Clifton, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.
The project involves providing final design and a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) for the construction of the water treatment plant control system and effluent pump station using a Progressive Design Build (PBD) project delivery. Attention is called to the requirements of the Colorado State Revolving Fund (SRF) program, including Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) requirements and goals. Certified DBEs or a consortium of certified DBEs are encouraged to bid. Firm selection will be based on evaluation criteria which address the experience, capability, and resources to perform the scope of work. The details of the scope of work are available at the District's main office. Proposals must be submitted to the District's main office by 4:00 p.m., local time, on Tuesday, November 4, 2025.
