Renovation of a multi-residential development in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
* Award subject to final approval. The Work to be done under the Contract shall consist of removal and replacement of heating and ventilation systems within the MacLean Reservoir Valve House and Reservoir Access building. As well as the heating and ventilation upgrades, the Work includes the replacement of two (2) interior doors. The Contractor shall not commence the Work on the Site before March 14, 2026 unless approved in writing by the Contract Administrator.
