**As of August 19, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Pear Tree Beach Park Improvements Project:- The scope of work includes construction of site improvements but is not limited to new parking lot, concrete curbing, concrete sidewalks, concrete paving, stormwater infrastructure, landscaping, site furniture, dredging, wetland restoration, and other beach improvements within the Pear Tree Beach Park on Pear Tree Point Road in the Town of Darien, Connecticut. The Owner wishes to commence work on or about November 3, 2025, and complete all work by May 1, 2026. Question Deadline 07/28/2025 All questions by prospective bidders as to the interpretations of the Advertisement for Bids, Form of General Bid, Agreement, Drawings, Specifications or Bonds, must be submitted in writing to the Project Engineer, Weston & Sampson Engineers, Inc., via email: BiggsD@wseinc.com, at least ten (10) days before the date herein set for the opening of bids.
