Renovation of an educational facility in Danbury, Connecticut. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Western Connecticut State University is seeking bid proposals for all labor and materials required to provide for the procurement of the required equipment and accessories to remove and replace the existing Cooling Tower and Chiller for the Warner Hall Building located on the Midtown Campus in Danbury, CT. Please provide the following as part of the Bid - 10% Bid Bond. A 10% Material and Labor Bond and 10% Performance Bond are not required as part of the bid but will be required as part of the award of Contract. Any questions or discrepancies should be submitted in writing via email, no later than Monday July 28, 2025, by 4:00 p.m., to the CSCU's Department of Administrative Services office; Attn: Maria Generis, Finance Procurement Strategic Analyst; e-mail: generism@wcsu.edu. Responses to any and all inquiries shall be issued via addenda, no later than Friday, August 1, 2025, 4:00 p.m., Any and all addenda shall be posted on the State of Connecticut's State Contracting Portal, CTsource-CT.gov.
