Term: Nov 01, 2025 12:00 AM EDT - Mar 31, 2028 12:00 AM EDT Option: 2 One Year Terms Anticipated Agreement Start Date: November 1, 2025 Anticipated Agreement Term: Original term: 29 Months Option periods: Two One-Year Terms This RFP does not commit BGIS to select a Respondent as a Selected Respondent or enter into a Contract with any Respondent and BGIS reserves the complete right at any time to reject all Proposals and to terminate this RFP and the RFP process associated therewith and proceed with the acquisition of the Deliverables in some other manner without any obligation or any reimbursement to Respondents Official bid documents must be obtained from www.bgis.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
