In the Base Bid, this line item is using City Supplied crushed material. In this Add/Alt 1 Bid is for Contractor supplied and installed crushed material. The use of this line item could vary from 0 to 3600 square yards, based on the City Stockpile for the Base Bid. Add/Alternate 2 Bid: 34 Sanitary Sewer Service Installations. This line item is to install City Supplied taps and contractor supplied Schedule 40 PVC pipe to the ROW. The use of this line item will be based on information the city is currently gathering on the condition of the individual residence sanitary sewer services. The used number of installations under this line item could range from 0 to 34. Bid security: Bid security in the amount of 5 percent of the bid shall accompany each bid in accordance with Instructions to Bidders.
