Reference Number 0000392307 Bid Intent Not Available Job Location: City Wide All City Residential/Local streets 10% of Collector streets The Contractor shall furnish all materials, equipment and labor incidental to complete all work described in the Contract Documents. The Contractor shall complete the work with industry standard practices in a professional workmanlike manner in accordance with the provisions and specifications of the Contract. Before executing this Contract, the Contractor must fully understand the Contract Documents and Specifications regarding the work. No adjustment or modification to the Contract Documents shall be allowed for any misunderstanding of the work or the terms and provisions contained in the Contract Documents. The selection of the materials and equipment for all work shall be in accordance with the Contract Documents and all City, Federal and State of Colorado laws applicable to the work being performed by Contractor. The Contractor understands and agrees that the City may modify, delete or add various portions of the work at the City's discretion. Bid prices SHALL REMAIN FIRM. Price adjustments for fuel or asphalt price increases will not be allowed.
