**As of September 26 ,2025,this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** For the on-site erection of an airport hangar building according to manufacturers specifications. All framing and parts will be provided. The successful bidder will be required to provide sufficient labor and appropriate tools and equipment to complete the project. The City of Campbell reserves the right to reject any/all bids. Place building in center of slab o Cut 3ftx3ftx4ft holes for piers at closed end of building o dig 4ft deep piers with 2 mats of 1/2 steel 8 bars per mat and epoxy1/2 rebar into existing slab every 12 inches o Pour 4ftx4ftx4ft piers for main center and also clear span rafter to be open 2 matts a/s steel 8 bars per matt o use 6 bag 4000 psi concrete all piers to be poured. Flush with existing concrete with trowel finish o building sheets will have to be cut 1 1/2 in to clear eve strut for trim on all three sides o primary work to cut existing pole mounts and remove all existing bolts flush with slab o contractor supplies all labor and material for piers, building supplied by owner o all equipment and labor supplied by bidde
