Demolition, site work and new construction of a playground / park / athletic field in Kelvington, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for the demolition of a playground / park / athletic field; for the construction of a 1,615-square-foot, one-story above grade playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The work will involve the demolition of an existing service centre and the construction of a new concrete block service centre on a reinforced concrete slab foundation (150 m2) and related mechanical, electrical installations and civil/site development work.
