PROJECT DESCRIPTION : Asphaltic concrete pavement, stone base course, removal of existing bridge, placement of concrete slab span bridge, and associated works. Bids shall be firm for a period of 45 days from the date of the opening of bids and no bid shall be withdrawn for any reason during this period of time except as allowed per R.S. 38:2214.C.
