GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS: 1) Please refer to the RFQ Instructions and General Provisions document and all other attached documents. 2) Submit all response documents online through online, including electronic attachments if applicable, and/or through the "Vendor Notes for Offer" function. The City will not accept hardcopy response documents. 3) Final award shall be contingent upon selected firm (Vendor) accepting the City's PO Terms and Conditions.
