Reference Number 0000392880 The City of Santa Clara ("City") is soliciting proposals from qualified respondents (hereinafter "Proposer") to provide parks rehabilitation services, to include schematic design services and production of Plans, Specifications, and Engineer's Estimates (PS&E), bid documents, and pre and post construction support services, as more thoroughly described in Section 2 (Project Description). The City is soliciting these services for three (3) individual parks rehabilitation projects, prioritized as follows: Maywood Park Carmichael Park Gomez Park The City intends to establish a bench of qualified vendors and award up to four (4) on-call master services agreements based on the highest-ranked score(s). The City of Santa Clara Parks & Recreation Department (hereinafter "City" or "P&R") has an established goal to enhance community sports, recreational and arts assets. Currently, the City's Capital Improvement Program (CIP) includes plans to rehabilitate and/or expand the playground and park amenities at Earl R. Carmichael Park located at 3445 Benton Street, Mary Gomez Park and Pool located at 651 Bucher Avenue, and Maywood Park located at 3330 Pruneridge Avenue, (collectively, the "Projects").
