Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Spring Valley Village, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
**As of August 2nd, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded late September.** This project generally includes pavement reconstruction of Hickory Shadows Drive in the Hickory Shadows Subdivision. The project includes installation of 220 linear feet of 24" RCP storm sewer, junction boxes, and inlets. The project also includes the removal and replacement of approximately 3,200 square yards of concrete pavement, including driveways and walkways. Additionally, the project includes approximately 1,550 linear feet of 8" water line replacement, including fire hydrants, valves, and reconnection of water services. The project generally includes pavement reconstruction of Hickory Shadows Drive, including drainage improvements and replacement of water line The project is along Hickory Shadows Drive, which is a public street. This project is in a residential neighborhood adjacent to a park. This project includes approximately 3,200 square yards of concrete pavement roadway reconstruction including replacement of driveways and walkways. The project includes installation of approximately 220 linear feet of 24-inch RCP storm sewer, including Type 'B-B' and Type 'C-2' storm sewer inlets, and storm sewer junction boxes. o The project also includes the installation of approximately 1550 linear feet of 8-inch PVC water line by auger construction, including service replacement and associated appurtenances in this project. Approximately 350 linear feet of the proposed water line extends into a water line easement located between 10 and 12 Hickory Shadows Drive. This easement and proposed water line improvements extend northwest and are located between 1025 and 1027 Ridgeley Drive. Access to this easement shall be coordinated with the residents of 1027 Ridgley Drive, as there is a proposed concrete point repair and water line bends located on their premises. The residents have been made aware of the proposed improvements The deadline to ask questions is 07/29/2025 at 5:00 PM CT QA Expiration Date has changed from 7/31/2025 12:00:00 AM CST to 7/29/2025 5:00:00 PM CST Bidders desiring additional information or clarification of technical specifications, plans or other documents must make written requests for such information to the ENGINEER at least 72 hours before the deadline specified for receipt of bids
