Site work and paving for a civil project in Spring Valley Village, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The scope of work under this bid shall include all materials, labor, equipment, supervision and incidentals for construction of Paving, Drainage and Utility Improvements for Cedarspur Drive, Burkhart Road, and Burkhart Drive. Work of the Contract includes, but is not limited to the following: 1.) Cedarspur Drive west of Bingle Road - approximately 260 feet in length and 28 feet wide (B-B) with 4-inch laydown curbs, 60 LF of storm sewer with manholes, inlets and leads, sanitary sewer manhole rehabilitation, and 300 LF of water line with appurtenances and service leads in addition to new sod within the ROW. 2.) Burkhart Road east of Bingle Road - approximately 1,550 feet in length and 28 feet wide (B-B) with 4-inch laydown curbs, 2,108 LF of storm sewer with manholes, inlets and leads, 1,510 LF sanitary sewer with manholes and sanitary leads, and 1,600 LF of water line with appurtenances and service leads in addition to new sod within the ROW. 3.) Burkhart Drive - approximately 220 feet in length and 20 feet wide (B-B) with 4-inch laydown curbs, 200 LF sanitary sewer with manholes and sanitary leads, and 191 LF of water line with appurtenances and service leads in addition to new sod within the ROW.
