Reference Number 0000392225 Supply & install of brand new YORK OEM Tandem compressors o Inspect the existing Rooftop Unit and verify capacity and model no. of compressors. o Supply & install new YORK OEM tandem compressors. York or Equivalent. o Provide all Labor needed to perform change out. o Install new Filters driers, 80 amp compressor contactors and all necessary accessories. o Flush Systems to remove contaminates left in the system o Re Pipe Freon lines to connect compressors o Leak check and pull vacuum and recharge with new R22 Freon according to manufacturer's specs. o Start up the system and adjust super heat on both TXV's to ensure proper sub cooling to compressors. o Provide (1) year compressor warranty.
