Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Naperville, Illinois. Conceptual plans call for site work for a 88,018-square-foot playground / park / athletic field.
As of August 19, 2025, we have no plans to rebid. Project is no longer needed. The scope of work includes the purchase of specified raised garden beds, installation of the raised beds, working with general contractor as well as other miscellaneous sitework to complete project as shown in the Drawings and Specifications. All questions concerning this project or those concerning bidding requirements should be directed to Peggy Motta in writing to pmotta@napervilleparks.org. Questions will be received in writing only through 12:00 PM, July 17, 2025. It is anticipated that the contract will be awarded in September. The Park District reserves the right to reject any non-responsive or non-responsible Bids or to reject all bids and waive any informality or technicality in any Bid in the interest of the Park District.
