Site work for a civil project in Mattawa, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

Water Telemetry System Upgrades ENGINEER'S ESTIMATE $180,000 - $220,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Work shall include, but not be limited to, the following: o Replace and relocate the control panel and radio at the Well 3 site. o Refurbish control panel at Reservoir 2 site with new backplate, radio, and PLC. o Install new radio at WWTF site. The Work shall be Substantially complete within 60 working days after the commencement date stated in the Notice to Proceed. All bidding and construction is to be performed in compliance with the Contract Provisions and Contract Plans for this project and any addenda issued thereto that are on file at the office of the City Clerk, City Hall, Mattawa ,Washington. Proposals are to be submitted only on the form provided with the Bid Documents. All Proposals must be accompanied by a certified check, postal money order, cashiers check, or Proposal bond payable to the "City of Mattawa" and in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the total Proposal amount. The City of Mattawa is an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer. Small, Minority, and Woman-owned firms are encouraged to submit bids. All work on the project shall be subject to the higher of the State or Federal wage rates. All contractors shall be licensed to conduct business in Washington State. The project funding has statutory requirements commonly known as "Build America, Buy America" (BABA) that requires all of the iron and steel, manufactured products, and construction materials used in the project to be produced in the United States. General contractors and all subcontractors must meet DWSRF and BABA requirements and provisions. Financing of the Project has been provided by city of Mattawa, Washington and the Washington State Drinking Water State Revolving Fund Program with federal funds from the Environmental Protection Agency. The City of Mattawa expressly reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals and to waive minor irregularities or informalities in any Proposal. All Proposals must be accompanied by a certified check, postal money order, cashiers check, or Proposal bond payable to the "City of Mattawa" and in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the total Proposal amount. If any Bidder desires interpretation or clarification of the Contract Provisions and Contract Plans, the Bidder shall make a written request to the Engineer for such clarification or interpretation prior to the submission of a Proposal. If the Engineer determines that the Contract Provisions and/or Contract Plans do not require interpretation or clarification, the Engineer will so notify the Bidder making the request.
