The project is expected to be awarded on October 21 2025.** As more specifically described in the Bid Package, the Project includes furnishing all necessary labor, materials, equipment and other incidental and appurtenant Work to include the installation of a prefabricated restroom building including all related site work, excavation and compaction, along with new electrical connections, irrigation connections, and irrigation system upgrades. This project includes the related civil engineering work such as utilities for sewer and water site work, sidewalk construction and grading. The restroom building has already been purchased by the City of Oxnard and will be installed by the Contractor as part of this construction contract.
