Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in York, South Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Construction of a 5-foot wide concrete sidewalk from Settlemyre Place to East Jefferson Street (S-317) in York, South Carolina. Electronic files, in PDF format only, can also be downloaded from the Engineer's FTP site at no cost. An executed Electronic Media Transfer Agreement Form is required for electronic files and must be obtained from the Engineer's office. Questions Deadline: All questions must be submitted via e-mail to no later than 4:00 P.M. July 31, 2025. E-mail questions to: rwalsh@campcoengineering.com A bid guarantee in the form of a satisfactory Bid Bond, executed by the Bidder and acceptable Surety, in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid shall be submitted with each bid. The Contractor's attention is called to the requirements relative to the Contractor's License. No contract will be awarded hereunder to any contractor who has not been properly licensed by the South Carolina or North Carolina Licensing Board of Contractors. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any irregularities in the bidding. Bids may be held by the Owner for a period not to exceed one hundred fifty (150) days from the date of the opening of bids for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the qualifications of the Bidders, prior to awarding of the contract.
