Renovation of a mixed-use development in Biloxi, Mississippi. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium; and educational facility.

**As of September 23, 2025, the project was awarded to Dixon Contracting Group LLC, with an awarded amount of $131,028.75** Each Bid must be accompanied by a bid bond/security deposit or certified check in an amount equal to 5% of the bid, payable to the Harrison County School District as bid security. A Payment and Performance Bond and Builders Risk Insurance in an amount equal to 100% of the contract price shall be required of the successful bidder. Local Plan Room will be issued one (1 ) set free of charge. No partial sets of drawings of project manualswill be issued. The Project consists of the construction of approximately 4,441 sq. ft. for a new visitors press box, concession stand, bathrooms, locker room, ticket booth, metal building relocation, and associated site work on the respective campus as shown on the Contract Documents, dated July 7, 2025 The Overall project will have a Phase 2 that will include work on the Home side of the Stadium for new site parking, new bathrooms/concession stand, renovated locker rooms, new field house, new concrete and electrical work behind the end zones, new fencing, new storm drainage, etc. This work will be in progress during some or part of Phase 1 work. The contractors awarded the projects shall coordinate with each other on all work to create a seamless transition from one phase of work to the other. No concessions or monetary value/money will be given to either contractor for not coordinating each other's work to create a seamless complete project. Phase 2 Work will start as soon as the 2025 Football Season is over. (On or around the first or second week of November 2025, and shall be completed by August 1, 2026 prior to the 2026 Football Season Starting. No Exceptions) No rain days will be given. This is not a LEED project. All products used on this project shall be ASBESTOS FREE. The cut-off time for questions is 2:00 p.m. on August 4, 2024.
