Arlington County (County) intends to enter into a unit price, indefinite-quantity contract with a qualified Contractor to ensure that Stormwater Management Facilities (SWMF) are performing as designed to maximize efficiency and to reduce the impacts of stormwater runoff on local streams, the Potomac River, and the Chesapeake Bay with the parallel objective of ensuring that the County is in compliance with the applicable requirements of the County's most recent Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) Permit issued by the Virginia Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) and the most recent Virginia Stormwater Management Program (VSMP) regulations. Work shall be performed on County properties or County rights-of-way, including enforcement work on privately-owned stormwater management facilities using as-needed Repair Work pricing.
