The district is proposing plans that include athletic court upgrades include a six-lane running track with a multi-use synthetic turf field, an elevated grass field, and two half practice fields to support sports and physical education. The Gilligan Road softball field will be enhanced with new dugouts, seating, and lighting, and the Goff baseball field will be relocated with upgraded amenities for improved accessibility and spectator experience. Additional facilities include a new multi-use court for tennis, pickleball, and basketball, expanding recreational options for students and the community. A secondary access road with field-side parking will improve traffic flow and offer convenient event parking. The district also plans to recondition the existing elevators including replacement of the aged controls and interior Cab Panels/Floors/Ceilings. Electrical Construction. A full performance bond, together with labor and material payment bonds in a form acceptable to the Owner, shall be required of the successful Bidder for the full contract amount.
